A brief note: The following prompts are a test vehicle for a potential shifting of Nick from an AU to an OC. Do not expect any references to other Phoenix Wright characters or events.Leave a comment

It seems like a fairly standard dream. No buildings seem to be where they ought to be, and all manner of odd events occur such that only can occur in dreams. Nick, for his own part, is talking to people he doesn't normally -- spirits, a few people from comics he read as a kid, etc.17 comments - Leave a comment
To those with a great deal of experience in dreamwalking, something may seem a little off about it, though. Not something you can put your finger on, but the whole dream seems a little TOO perfectly dreamesque to be right. It's almost like the dream is being controlled DIRECTLY somehow...

Man, I'm run ragged. I wish this earthquake would hit soon and get itself over with. The kid's starting to wonder where I am all the time, too. Who'd have thought safety preparation would be this rough?

Nick's been sitting at this coffee house for a bit, waiting for Mia to get here. Frankly, he can't wait; as it turns out, there's a seat in the place that nobody ever sits in for some reason, and apparently the reason was "ghost sits here." A ghost who seems more than content to lay out aaaaaall the problems he had in life, and how much living sucked, and how much being dead sucked. By the time Mia gets here, Nick will be seriously reconsidering his policy on ghost dispersal, because whiners are whiners no matter WHAT state they're in. (The fact that talking BACK to it would be a sign of insanity to most of the people in this place doesn't help his mood much.)25 comments - Leave a comment
He makes a mental note to bring Edgeworth here later.
